Enterprise vs Entrepreneurial: What Kind of Leader are You?
There are many types of leaders. Some types look alike but are different. Enterprise leader and entrepreneurial leader sound alike, but they are different. Enterprise leader tends to look at things from the bird's eye view while entrepreneurial leader tends to love initiating new ideas, ventures and projects, disrupting the existing order or system. It is not a right question to ask which one is better, because we need both and many businesses need both. Missional entrepreneurs tend to be entrepreneurial leader, but should be learning about enterprise leader as well. Dr. Steve Graves has well summarized the differences between these two types of leader.
