(Matthew 20:25-28) Enterprise vs Entrepreneurial: What Kind of Leader are You?   There are many types of leaders. Some types look alike but are different. Enterprise leader and entrepreneurial leader sound alike, but they are different. Enterprise leader tends to look at things from the bird's eye view while entrepreneurial leader tends to love initiating new ideas, ventures and projects, disrupting the existing order or system. It is not a right question to ask which one is better, because we need both and many businesses need both. Missional entrepreneurs tend to be entrepreneurial leader, but should be learning about enterprise leader as well. Dr. Steve Graves has well summarized the differences between these two types of leader. - Editor   Let me ask you a few questions: Do you think most organizations need an enterprise leader or an entrepreneurial leader? Do you think it is possible for the same person to be an enterprise leader and an entrepreneurial leader?   Click to read more Ministry Updates Borisoth, functioning as SfK Cambodia, is exporting 1.2 tons of dried mango products to Korea in May, along with 5 tons of palm sugar products of its affiliated division under Hesed, a missional business in Cambodia. It is incredible that a local church can produce such a massive quantity of quality products. It is good evidence that a missional business is powerful in producing transformational impact on the lives of the people it serves! Skybay Thailand, SfK Thailand, is experimenting an interesting dynamic of people--Korean interns who studied the Thai language in Korea working with Thai students who study Korean in Thailand. This dynamic interaction produces an intercultural synergy in teamwork. There is only one race--the human race. Bonjuk Cafe, a missional business operating under the wing of Skybay Thailand, has launched a new line of business that now accounts for approximately one third of Bonjuk's monthly sales. Great breakthrough! SfK Korea's capital base has been strengthened by 40%! Also, its first BAM Fund is under preparation for launch in June, Lord willing.  We have been working to prepare for upcoming SfK MBA Boot Camp training programs in Irvine (May/June), Kigali (July) and Chiang Mai (October). It is a blessing that many people are inquiring about these training programs.   Upcoming Events & Prayer Requests May 18-19, 2018:  SfK Life (USA) In-Person Board Meeting (Los Angeles, CA, USA).  Please pray that the board will discuss important issues prayerfully. May 24-25, 2018:  Board Meeting of Freedom Alliance (Toronto, Canada).  Jeffrey Lee currently serves as a Board Member and the Treasurer of the FBA.  Please pray that the board will handle many changes wisely and take the trade association to the next level.  SfK MBA Irvine (Irvine, CA, USA).  SfK will be holding a training for all missionaries sent by Korean Bethel Church and potential BAM practitioners. William Son, SfK Korea COO, and Sung Soo Kim, SfK Tanzania CEO, will serve as lecturers along with Jeffrey. Please pray that all the preparation will go smoothly, and the training will honor God and bless all who have participated in the program.  June 2018: Exploratory Trip to Central Asia.  SfK will make an exploratory trip to a Central Asian nation. Please pray that the visa application process will receive God's favor and will go smoothly.  SfK's participation in the Lion's Den Missional Business Plan Contest to take place in another Central Asian nation. Please pray that all participants and the panel members will honor God and experience His presence throughout the session. Please also pray that God will show a way for SfK to make a breakthrough in Central Asia.  July 2018: Opportunities in Nairobi, Kenya and Arusha, Tanzania.  SfK will travel to these nations to explore various collaboration opportunities. SfK will lead a BAM Seminar for young Tanzanian entrepreneurs In Arusha.   Please pray that this visit will bear fruits as God allows. July 2018:  SfK MBA Kigali (Kigali, Rwanda).  Please pray that the preparation process will honor God and many young Rwandans whom God has chosen will participate in the training program.  May Jesus Christ bless you with His divine wisdom and heavenly peace in your everyday life, so that you may live an abundant life and be an overflowing blessing to many around you!
