Ten years ago, SfK Ministry began with a simple yet profound belief that business can be a sacred calling, a way to serve God and transform lives when done in the name of Jesus Christ. Today, as SfK celebrates its 10th anniversary, we pause in deep gratitude to God for His steadfast faithfulness, gentle guidance, and abundant grace through every chapter of this journey.
From the beginning, SfK’s vision has been to use business as a tool for holistic transformation, combining spiritual, social, and economic impact. What started as a small network of faithful pioneers has grown into a global community united by a shared desire to reflect Christ through business and leadership.
Equipping Leaders to Serve with Purpose
Over the past decade, God has allowed SfK to walk alongside hundreds of passionate individuals who believe their work can be an act of worship. Through its training programs—BCT, FT, and BMT, with EDT soon to launch—SfK has trained approximately 300 people who now serve as Kingdom-minded entrepreneurs and business leaders. These programs help participants integrate biblical values with sound business practices, empowering them to lead companies that care deeply about people, stewardship, and integrity.
The ripple effects of this training are felt around the world. Graduates have started and strengthened enterprises that provide dignified jobs, uplift local economies, and build stronger communities. Through every workshop and mentoring session, SfK reminds each participant that success is not measured by profit alone but by the faithfulness and love poured into their work.
Investing in Transformation
Beyond training, SfK has made 24 investments in missional businesses across 9 countries, ranging from small local ventures to established enterprises. Each investment represents a story of hope—a business that exists not only to sustain livelihoods but also to transform lives. These businesses create opportunities for people to rise out of poverty, gain meaningful employment, and experience God’s love through the everyday rhythms of work.
Today, the SfK Network serves in 14 countries and includes 72 Kingdom Fellows and members of the Missional Business Community. Together, they form a living testimony of God’s creativity and compassion at work in the marketplace. Their efforts extend across diverse sectors such as manufacturing, agriculture, education, services, and social enterprise, all carrying the same heartbeat: to bring light into their communities and glorify God through their deeds.
Gratitude for the Past, Faith for the Future
As SfK Ministry reflects on its first decade, gratitude fills every story and statistic. Each number represents a life touched, a dream revived, a family restored, and a community strengthened. The past ten years are a testimony not to human effort but to God’s grace and the power of obedience in His service.
Looking ahead, SfK is filled with renewed hope and anticipation for what God will do in the years to come. The next chapter is one of deepening impact by training more leaders, fostering more partnerships, and continuing to shape good in the world through businesses rooted in faith.
